Chen Huaping, deputy director-general of Henan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau; Wan Ying, deputy Party secretary and mayor of Ruzhou; Cui Xinfa, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and other officials accompanied the group’s visit.
