A channel for sharing information between small and micro enterprises on mobile devices was launched on July 2 in Henan province. It is the first of its kind in China and allows nearly 420,000 of the province's small businesses to exchange policy and service information.

The app updates users on news, government policies, finance and corporate information on smart phones, tablets and other devices using pictures, audio and video. Its users stay up-to-date on policy changes, industry news, release business information, employments, or video clips of enterprise publicity and self-branding. The app also prominently features various functions of government departments so that enterprises can easily connect with related government branches.

Chen Zhenjie, chief engineer of the province's Industry and Information Center, said the core function of the mobile app is to assist with financing difficulties by building a bridge between small businesses and banking and investment groups.

The app can be downloaded through a variety of software centers including the Android Store.
