For further standardize the regulations surrounding property management enterprises and to improve the quality of property services, the Pingdingshan municipal housing administration center announced its decision to implement a dynamic assessment of property management businesses’ qualifications within the city of Pingdingshan, Central China’s Henan province, starting from Feb 17, Pingdingshan Daily reported on Feb 18.

The assessment will cover all enterprises which obtained property management qualifications before New Year’s Day, 2014, as well as the non-Pingdingshan property services suppliers and their branches that have already completed their filing in Pingdingshan.

According to the new arrangement, four key sectors:- basic information, operational performance, service quality and proprietors’ complaints - will be taken into account for evaluation of these enterprises, while the standard bidding procedure and service agreement prior to the commencement of a property management project will need a clear pricing system and monitoring from proprietors, together with feedback to complaints made during the evaluation process.

TThe participants in the assessments will receive one of the four results, which include qualification, correction within a limited period, relegation or cancellation of the qualification altogether Moreover, the results will be recorded on their qualification dynamic assessment registration list and on the copy of their qualification certificate.
