Ru porcelain products, both of traditional moulds and new developed items, are exported to more than 30 countries and regions.

Ru porcelain was significant in Chinese porcelain history, said Wang, after visiting the Ru Porcelain Museum.

He hopes Ruzhou will collect and protect Ru porcelain's firing techniques and the inheritors' documents and strengthen the theoretical research on intangible cultural heritage protection. He also urged an all-round retrievable protection of Ruzhou's intangible cultural heritages.
