A delegation inspected the Jiufeng Mountain National Forest Park in Ruzhou's Jiliao town, on Oct 25.

The delegates include the officials of Ruzhou Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference and officials from the departments of forestry, tourism and transportation.

An on-site investigation was conducted to the projects in Jiufeng Mountain by the delegation, moreover, a report on the scenic spot's planning and design was delivered to the participants.

The Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference devotes much attention to the Jiufeng Mountain Forest Park's development, according to Chen Guozhong, chairman of the Ruzhou Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference.

The investigation was aimed to learn about the progress and problems of this scenic spot's development, in addition, the delegation will give opinions on its following work.

Chen urged the related Party committees and governments to provide good service and preferential conditions to support the forest park's development. Also, he encouraged Henan Jiufeng Mountain Industry Co Ltd to promote Jiufeng Mountain into a top national scenic spot by furthering its development.

Jiufeng Mountain National Forest Park is located southwest of Ruzhou in Henan province. With a planned area of 58 square meters, it has a total investment of 2,34 billion yuan ($ 384 million). It was approved as a base for sketching and film and television production.
