Ruzhou’s discipline inspection commission made an urgent inspection to some catering and entertainment places at 7 pm on March 1, aiming at strictly controlling waste and extravagance.

The inspected catering and entertainment places included: Yashile Restaurant, Jinhao Hotel, Shuishangpiao Hotel, Shangkeyou Restaurant, Sanmao Hot Spring Holiday Hotel, Macao Doulao Restaurant, Qianbaihui Music Square and Carnival KTV.

Inspectors from the discipline inspection commission noted the cars parked outside the target locations and inquired into the costs using secret investigations or entering rooms. Inspectors indicated that private use of government vehicles and recreational activities using public funds will be investigated and punished more severely in the future. Discipline offenders will be punished heavily according to the law in order to strictly control waste and extravagance.
