The Ruzhou Handicapped Persons' Federation has optimized legal services for handicapped petitioners and is playing an important role in maintaining social stability.

According to incomplete statistics, since last year, the Ruzhou Handicapped Persons' Federation has accepted 169 handicapped petitioners, resolved 38 arguments, and acted as agent in 17 rights protection cases. No skip-level petition has been found.

The Ruzhou Handicapped Persons' Federation makes detailed outlines of every person’s job in petition coordination in order to ensure that the arrangement of personnel, responsibilities, targets, and tasks are correctly identified.

On the ground floor of the Ruzhou Handicapped Persons' Federation’s office building is a rights protection department and petition office. Personnel working in the rights protection department are familiar with related policies, skilled in business, and have strong professional ethics.

The Ruzhou Handicapped Persons' Federation also organizes legal consultation and publicity activities in rural areas. This has brought access to greater legal education for many handicapped petitioners, helping them understand how to petition legally.
