Ruzhou Civil Affairs Bureau makes public commitment to provide quality services

The Ruzhou Civil Affairs Bureau made a public commitment to provide thoughtful, efficient and accurate services for people. This was reported from the Publicity Department of the CPC Ruzhou Municipal Committee.

The Ruzhou Civil Affairs Bureau has the philosophy of putting people first, solving people's difficulties and serving the people as a platform to perform civil administration and service functions.

The civil affairs bureau is actively promoting its public commitments through administrative process. It will improve office hours, processing time and service manners.

It promises that all administrations accept cases according to law. It must settle cases promptly in office hours and provide reservation services for people with disabilities. Cases must be processed in accordance with the prescribed time limit and shall adopt proper service manners.

The bureau has launched various activities to promote quality services starting Nov 2011.

The activities are themed "warm people's hearts with sincere services" and benchmarked by "three shows" including show standards, show identities and show commitments. The "three competitions" includes skill competition, style competition, and performance competition. The "three appraisals" include public appraisal, mutual appraisal and appraisal of leaders.
