Japanese delegation investigates in Pingdingshan tourism

On Dec 10, a Japanese delegation sent out by the Japanese Association of mayors came to Pingdingshan city for a field study of tourism. The delegation paid a visit to Xiangshan Temple (Fragrant Hills Temple), Foquan Temple (Buddha’s Spring Temple), and the hot spring resources of Pingdingshan city, to learn about the development of tourism, Buddhism, and the hot spring sources of Pingdingshan city.

Wang Li, a member of the municipal standing committee and vice mayor of Pingdingshan city, held a meet with the delegation, and gave some basic information on the city. She said Pingdingshan has excellent conditions for developing tourism, including rich tourism resources, profound culture and superior regional positions.

The delegation said that after the investigation they will strongly recommend Pingdingshan city, and draw more Japanese businessmen to invest and develop here. After the meeting, the host and guests exchanged gifts.
